Literacy: This week we are beginning a new theme called "Animals All Around." We will be reading some fun new stories and talking about how to write a Thank you letter!

WE'RE BACK!!!

It is great to see everyone again coming back from my maternity leave and spring break - I hope you all had a wonderful break last week and were able to get out and enjoy this amazing Minnesota "spring" weather we have been having.

Math: Chapter 9.... learning about measurement!

Literacy: Reviewing the theme of "In the Neighborhood" and re-reading some of our stories to cover this theme. We will also be working on describing a place in our writing and understand how to comprehend the setting of a story. The students don't know this yet, but we will also be building our own neighborhood too!
